Home Visiting Connections for Young Children is a toll free line to connect pregnant women and families with young children to Home Visiting Services in Wayne County Michigan. Home Visiting is an effective way to increase the access to community supports and provide children and their families with the best possible start in life.
Home Visiting Programs have been shown to improve outcomes important to each of us:
· Improve the health of mother and child;
· Connect parents to positive supports;
· Increase knowledge of child development;
· And Increase school readiness.

Callers that do not qualify for a home visitor or have needs beyond the scope of home visiting, staff will provide information on available services that may meet their specific needs.
